All employees are amazing & I personally give HUGE thanks & love to each & every 1 of them for all they do for everyone. "Sweet Caroline" was 1 of my Dad's faves along with Emily, Dean, Tim & SO many more (I am terrible at remembering names so please forgive!)...pretty much the entire place/staff. Also, a huge thank you to Susan who has been there every step of the way coordinating so much making sure Dad got all he needed lined up. I shall truly miss everyone there as Dad goes home this Sunday 🙏🫶 God's blessings to all for everything you do.

Everyone is very kind and energetic towards helping those in need. It's nice that it's like a small community where everyone knows who's who.

I have been staying at this facility since November 21, 2025. They have poor air ventilation and no screen windows where you can get fresh air oxygen. Viruses are and bacteria everywhere. Very unsanitary at this facility. Employees are bringing influenza into this place and patients are getting sick and not being tested. I am one of the patients who got sick here and had to see my outside primary care physician on January 12th to find out I had influenza virus. The Nurse director placed me in isolation off word of mouth and I discovered Friday January 16, 2026 that I wa sleeping on a shoe stepped on mattress with urine smell. I was shocked. I am going to report this place to H.I.P.P.A. because I dont want this to happen to another incoming resident coming to this facility. Cresent Care is nasty place that is unsanitary.

My papa is at Crescent Care. Great experience so far. The staff is so friendly, nurturing, and attentive! The place is very clean and smells nice. The residents look happy and comfortable.

My parents were at Crescent Care for 18 months total between them - 2022-2024. It's important to consider current info when deciding on a nursing home because management & staff change over time. There was not one person who worked there that was anything other than competent, helpful, and pleasant - to us as visitors, and to my parents - from the guy mopping the floor, to the nursing staff, to the activities staff, to management. The staff seemed happy - like they considered it a good place to work. They were happy to sit down with us for a meeting when we wanted updates (all the staff that worked with my parents gave a report at each meeting). Any kind of scrape or bump was reported to us immediately. They did exactly what you would hope a nursing home staff would do. The building, on the other hand, is old. They have just updated it - new paint & floors, so it looks much nicer than it did - but it's never going to look as fancy as the newer facilities. The skill & attitude of the staff more than make up it.
